Our annual pest protection plans,  PestFree365¹ and PestFree365+,² provide year-round protection for your home from some of the most common pests local to you.³ With service from a dedicated technician local to your area, and a focus on prevention, protection, and maintenance, as well as pest elimination, you can enjoy peace of mind, 365 days a year.

Your service and safety

Our PestFree365 plan offers year-round protection against 25 common household pests, including ants, spiders, rodents, cockroaches, and more.¹ For expanded coverage, our PestFree365+ plan includes these pests plus 14 more additional ones, such as bed bugs, carpenter ants, and fleas.⁴ Find out exactly which pests are covered by both plans.

A standard home pest control package includes an initial inspection and treatment to help address any existing pest problems. From there, your dedicated technician will return for regular follow-up visits based on your location and seasonal pest activity. These visits include preventative treatments, monitoring, and targeted solutions for common household pests covered under your plan. If you experience pest activity between scheduled visits, unlimited service calls are included at no extra cost.⁶

Pest maintenance plans, like ours, are beneficial in the same way insurance can be. Having cover beforehand can help ensure peace of mind and protection from sudden infestations that can damage property, harm our health, or otherwise be costly to treat once infestations have taken hold.

Termite control is not included in the standard PestFree365 or PestFree365+ plans. However, we offer specialized termite services to help protect your property from these destructive pests.

PestFree365 starts with an initial treatment to get rid of pests. After that, our experts will visit regularly to keep your home protected. How often we treat your home depends on where you live and what pests are common in your area.

Unlike one-time treatments, PestFree365 offers continuous, year-round protection against a wide range of pests. Our proactive approach includes regular inspections, customized treatments, and preventive measures tailored to your home's needs, ensuring peace of mind throughout the year.

Both PestFree365 and PestFree365+ are designed to suit single-family homes, offering year-round coverage and regular service from a dedicated local technician. The main difference between the plans is the number of pests covered.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is an effective, environmentally sensitive approach to pest management that focuses on prevention and maintenance to stop pest issues before they become problems. IPM requires an understanding of pest life cycles, biology, behavior, and how different pest species interact with the environment. This allows us to determine appropriate tools and targeted treatment methods that will have the least impact on the surroundings.

Ehrlich uses only products registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, in accordance with label laws. Your day-to-day life will not typically be impacted by treatment. If your local technician determines you have a pest issue requiring a product that may impact your day-to-day life, they will advise you of any potential safety precautions.

After any treatment for an existing pest problem, you may see a temporary increase in activity. Product applications can sometimes stimulate pests to move. This is a sign that the treatment is working and should subside within a few days. If the problem persists, please get in touch and one of our technicians will conduct a follow-up visit.

Your PestFree365 service includes unlimited service calls for covered pests at no additional charge.⁶ To ensure that we can address the pest sighting before the problem worsens, get in touch. A customer service representative will schedule a service with one of our technicians as soon as possible.

Ehrlich pest technicians are trained to be aware of weather situations that could impact treatment. Your technician may adjust treatment methods in accordance with the weather. If a reapplication becomes necessary due to unexpected weather, your dedicated technician will contact you.

Ongoing pest control gives you regular service from a dedicated technician who knows your home and understands the local pest pressures. It helps to protect your home and family from pests that could cause damage or pose health risks, with unlimited protection from out-of-pocket costs.⁶

Our service is flexible and built around your needs, delivered by friendly, highly trained experts focused on prevention and long-term protection. New customers can get $50 off their plan.⁵

PestFree365 covers 25 of the most common pests,¹ while PestFree365+ covers those 25 plus 14 more, totalling 39.⁴ This means the most common household pests are covered as part of your program, including certain species of ants, cockroaches, spiders, stink bugs, wasps, hornets, and even bed bugs.⁷ Due to the special treatment required, a select number of pests require additional services that are not covered under PestFree365 or PestFree365+. Your dedicated, local technician

Our technicians live in the surrounding areas they serve and are continually trained to provide expert protection to you, 365 days a year.

From the first day and throughout their career, Ehrlich technicians undergo rigorous training and receive continued support.

After completing field training, technicians continue to receive enhanced educational training throughout their career.

As part of our Continuing Education Program, our pest technicians receive additional training in a team setting at their District Office, earning eight certified continuing education units throughout the year on a range of pest control topics. These may include emerging pests, new products, safety, and more. Our technicians must also sit for an annual competency exam to ensure they retain the skills they need to service your home.

Yes. As part of our pest protection plans, you are assigned a dedicated technician, allowing them to get to know you, your family, your home, and your preferences. On occasion, in order to respond to your needs, another experienced local technician may be assigned to conduct your service visit.

Your scheduling & billing

Signing up for and managing your PestFree365 plan is designed to be as seamless as possible, so we can take care of pest protection and you can get back to doing what you do best. Get answers to your questions about appointments, billing, and more.

Simply contact us by phone or online to schedule your free pest inspection. A technician will assess your home, explain your coverage options, and set up your customized plan.

Once you sign up for PestFree365 or PestFree365+, you can schedule your first appointment right away. Our team will work with you to find the earliest available time that fits your schedule, so you can start protecting your home as soon as possible.

There are several ways to schedule your next service visit. You can make your next appointment with your technician at your current visit, call our office and speak with a customer service representative, or use our live chat feature from any device. If you do not contact us, your service appointments will not go unscheduled. Our customer service team will schedule your appointment for you when your next preventative service is due. We will contact you prior to your scheduled preventative service. You will receive an appointment reminder through an automated call, email, or live call, based on your preference. You will have the option to reschedule your appointment if needed.

You can transfer your PestFree365 plan to your new home at no additional cost. If the new homeowners at your previous home want the year-round protection of PestFree365, we can continue this service without an introductory fee. The monthly fee will apply.

During your initial call, our Residential Sales Specialist will explain the payment options for PestFree365 or PestFree365+. Our monthly EZ Pay option provides customers with a savings benefit. In addition to EZ Pay, you have the option to select a semi-annual or annual payment plan. You can choose to receive your bill in the mail or pay your bill online. After your service appointment, our pest specialist will provide you with a proof of service summary. Payment is due within 30 days of your service appointment.
