Not liking FB to provide feedback regardless if positive or negative. Our feedback is very positive however. Your technician was thoughtful, polite and very positive. We could not, together find one of our canisters of bait as on the chart I had. He immediately went and got another, new, cannister to install before leaving. Very proactive. However, on a third look we found it together so all was well. Very positive and thorough annual termite preventative experience.
