Had issue with mice in the attic. Called and was immediately contacted by Kirk and made a quick appointment to evaluate the problem. Checked out attic, basement and even when outside to check for entry points. Was informative and assuring. Due to a vacation planned he was very accommodating with contacting me and setting up future appointments. Great experience.Had issue with mice in the attic. Would have liked to have been called in advance. Was not home, so tech could not get into the house to treat inside areas. Bait in crawl space could not be checked. Kirk **, Erlich, spent time in our home and on the phone to educate us on how to handle our pest problem. He answered our questions, was patient with our frustration, and gave us hope that our problem will be handled with care and dignity, and solved in a timely manner. Chris ** did a basement inspection and found mold and excessive moisture conditions. He came up with a plan for a remedy. He is an excellent five star employee and he is competent. I am customer of Ehrlich Pest Control company for many years. Work is always done by their technicians on-time, very professionally, and with great quality. For example, recently, I had urgent need to treat house. Ehrlich team was able to get exterminator on the same day. Justin did excellent and very thorough job. He worked late to finish treatment. I greatly appreciate his timely and very thorough job. Thank you!

Excellent from Ben. Did interior & exterior of house. I have been a long time customer with Ehrlich and I have never been disappointed with service. Years ago I had this company and had an ant problem. I had just moved in after some changes in house. They work diligently till they fix the problem.
