Our pest control specialist is top notch. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. More than that, he cares about the work and contacts us if something doesn't make sense. For example, we were scheduled for weed treatment, which does not make sense as we have wild flower gardens. He paused before the treatment and asked us if we had requested it. In fact, we had not. He saved us money but also protected our yard from harsh chemicals.

Your representative Ed does a great and comprehensive job. He is thorough, professional and polite. My major complaint is the difficulty with your phone menu and getting a person who speaks clearly. It comes close to making me consider another service save for Ed who has been with us for a number of years. Also, your billing leaves much to be desired w/ no direct line to billing department. We recently had a surprise discovery of a very large hive of yellow jackets that were nesting under some siding. We needed to have it taken care of that day since we were having some work done on a nearby chimney the next day. Our regular technician, Phil Ambrosia was out later that afternoon and took care of the problem quickly. Customer Service is always great and Phil is too. He even puts up with our dog barking to him about every insect he's seen since our last service. We've been customers for more than 20 years and have had no complaints.
