I recently got a new technician, Hernan. He was very personable and friendly. I have recently had a lot of bee and wasp nests at my house. He did a great job at getting rid of them. I am allergic to bees so this has allowed me to enjoy my yard and garden safely.

We will endorse/recommend the use of any other pest control service for bedbug remediation in our consumer homes (or employee homes, if there is the occasional "hitchhiker"). We also receive excellent service/support in our commercial space - a challenge, as we are in a converted warehouse with a range of pest control challenges year-round. Lastly, we have had outstanding education for our staff on the issue of bedbug safety and control, as we often are in consumer homes and deal with these challenges on an ongoing basis. Mike is always calm, supportive, and knowledgeable and willing to take time to address any concerns or questions we have.
