Would have liked to have been called in advance. Was not home, so tech could not get into the house to treat inside areas. Bait in crawl space could not be checked. NeiNeighbors Home was severely infested with colonies.The home was condemned within 5 hours.They've had other companies coming in but they're not doing anything they're just spraying and walking awayNothing's working the roaches are running towards our homesI have over $800 of my own money on chemicals I have bought professionalStuff to help them stop coming in my home in my neighbor's home. The tech that came to neighbors today is the only one offering the orooer plan from sll i hsvr ress about the line of defense. I am so very relieved he was here today, i hope the owner takes his 3expert advice. Called all neighbors n told them this huy knows his stuff n i hope they use him too. Roaches are coming up sewers. God plese have the condemned home owner hire this very thorough company.

This is the company that our condo association contracts with. I called yesterday and spoke with the management company and they contacted Ehrlich and Joe from Ehrlich was here today! I did not expect them for at least a week. I can’t tell you how happy I was to see him. He fully explained what he was going to do and what to expect. I was instructed to call him back if things don’t improve in a week. His explanation was what I needed to understand the nature of the issue. Thank you so much for your quick response.
