My 4 star rating is based on the company’s long history and brief phone calls and not service, since the pest control treatment has not taken place yet. However, I give a 5 star rating to residential specialist, David L, who inspected our home yesterday. He was great - he offered detailed information, was prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, and very cordial in manner and did not rush the inspection or push a sale. After David assessed the situation (carpenter ants) and explained the next step, he took time to answer questions with information and facts and with anecdotes relating in a helpful way to the topic at hand. I was informed when I signed up and received a follow-up call from Ehrlich within 24 hours to schedule the treatment. Should my first impressions of this company (4 stars) be followed by positive results -and if the service came with fresh croissants- I would give a 5 star rating.

Brad has been servicing Ryerss Farm for only a few months. In that short time, he has diagnosed several areas that were missed by past technicians. He is punctual, efficent, self directed and does a fantastic job. A definite asset to your team and company!

Had issue with mice in the attic. Called and was immediately contacted by Kirk and made a quick appointment to evaluate the problem. Checked out attic, basement and even when outside to check for entry points. Was informative and assuring. Due to a vacation planned he was very accommodating with contacting me and setting up future appointments. Great experience.Had issue with mice in the attic. You are all amazing, but I would like to single out John. John is the one that I have seen the most. He is unbelievable, he has taken the time to make sure that I understand everything. Because of him I do not have anymore mice on my back porch and I have not seen any bugs in my home.i know that I can call him anytime and he will listen to me and help me. He is the very best. Would have liked to have been called in advance. Was not home, so tech could not get into the house to treat inside areas. Bait in crawl space could not be checked. I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven't fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Chris ** did a basement inspection and found mold and excessive moisture conditions. He came up with a plan for a remedy. He is an excellent five star employee and he is competent.
