Justin Marchant is Technical Services Manager at Rentokil, supporting operational teams and customers with complex pest management challenges. He joined Rentokil in February, following a career in the pest control industry that began in 2003.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending his free time with his daughter and family, attending concerts, sporting events, and riding his motorcycle. Justin has also been a musician for over 30 years, with a passion for stringed instruments
Justin began his pest management career in 2003 as a technician, servicing commercial, residential, and industrial customers. During his early career, he developed particular experience supporting food processing accounts, where effective pest management plays an important role in helping protect food, facilities, and operations.
After approximately 10 years in the industry, Justin became a lead technician. In this role, he took on responsibility for training new technicians, leading technician meetings, and delivering learning in both classroom and field environments.
He spent around seven years developing technicians through practical coaching and technical education.
Justin later became a technical director for a family-owned pest management company. He supported the development of standard operating procedures, helped drive operational consistency, and continued to provide hands-on field training at a higher technical level.
Today, as Technical Services Manager at Rentokil, Justin supports operations across the region and helps address escalated pest concerns for national accounts. He works with operations managers, technicians, national account teams, and strategic account executives to assess pest management challenges and identify practical improvements.
His work includes sanitation and structural assessments, as well as collaborative field-training opportunities that help teams strengthen service delivery.
Justin brings extensive experience in field operations, food processing pest management, and technical training.
