How do pest control and Christmas work together as a holiday theme?
Luckily our friend Monica H., a colleague from our Williamsport, PA office figured that out and wrote a nice Christmas poem. Great work Monica!
‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
And so you may ask “oh how could that be?”
Ahhh, my dear friend, they are on YRPP.
The stockings were hung by the children with care,
When one of them shouted “a spider, oh dear!”
“Oh not to worry”, spoke mama to the child,
Even on Christmas Eve, a tech will come out.
Away to the phone she flew like a flash,
And dialed up a number, she knew they’d come fast.
Before the 3rd ring, a CSR answered sweetly,
“Ma’am, how can I help you? We’ll get someone there quickly.”
She searched EIS for a technician on call,
And to her surprise, they came “one and all!”
There was Kelly and Heasley and Cartwright and Breon,
And Robson and Harris, and Upham and Sherman.
They spoke not a word, but went straight to their work.
Sprayed every crack and crevice, and then turned with a jerk.
And when they were certain their job there was done,
They quietly left, disturbing no one.
“Oh” said the children “no spiders in sight”
“Merry Christmas” to all and a pest free good night!
