Remedial Termite Monitoring/Baiting Service Plans

Existing termite activity 

Our Remedial Monitoring/Baiting Service Plans are designed for the initial installation of strategically placed bait stations and scheduled service in each year of the Continuous Remedial service plan. 

In addition, Ehrlich provides for extra, no-cost service visits as needed. 

We also provide an inspection of visibly accessible areas of your home, offered periodically or upon request. 

Regardless of the initial service duration plan chosen, Ehrlich will provide routine monitoring/baiting services after the initial duration as an ongoing professional care service until you instruct us to stop.

No current termite activity

Our Precautionary Monitoring/Baiting Service provides for an initial installation of exterior bait stations and scheduled visits during the year. 

If termite activity occurs during the monitoring process, Ehrlich will provide additional extra services as needed at no cost to maintain bait supplies. 

In addition, an inspection of visibly accessible areas on the interior of your home is offered or provided upon request. This service will continue indefinitely until you instruct us to stop.

Regardless of which plan (Remedial or Precautionary Monitoring/Baiting Service) you choose, your service will automatically continue without interruption, until you instruct us to stop.

How Monitoring & Baiting Works

With a monitoring and baiting service program, unobtrusive termite bait stations are placed around the perimeter of your property. Your Ehrlich Termite Technician will routinely monitor these stations for termite activity.

Termites quickly locate the bait stations because of their natural foraging behavior, eat the bait, and share it with other nest mates. 

This gradually kills large numbers of termites in the colony, and reduces its size until it can no longer support itself and so collapses.

We use state of the art Electronic Sensing Protection (ESP) technology:

• To readily locate stations hidden in mulch without disruption to landscaping.
• Reduce station disturbance thereby decreasing time for initiating bait and impacting feeding populations faster.
