When will my credit or debit card be charged for automatic monthly payments?

This is processed around the 15th of the month.

When will my automatic monthly payment be deducted from my bank account?

This occurs around the 10th of the month.

Why have I received a statement with finance charges?

Statements are created after an invoice is 30 days old and no payment has been received. If you have made your payment, contact us , call us toll free at  or contact your local Ehrlich office and we will be glad to review your account with you for further details.

Why have I received an invoice when I paid at the time of service (or gave the sales representative a payment in advance)?

Please contact us, call us toll free at or contact your local Ehrlich office, to verify the status of your account and confirm whether payment was received.

How do I change my credit/debit card or bank account information for automatic payment?

You can make changes to this information by contacting us online, calling us toll free at or contacting your local Ehrlich office. When deductions are made from a checking account, please mail a voided check to our Ehrlich Audit Office at PO Box 13848, Reading, PA 19612-3848.
