Rentokil North America Pest Control Announces New Positions

Reading PA – Rentokil North American Pest Control (NAPC) is pleased to announce the promotion of several colleagues within the organization.

Eric Rimiller has been promoted to the newly-formed position of Vice President – Midwest Markets. Eric joined Presto-X in 1998 as a Technician in Springfield, Missouri, and through a successful career progression, he most recently served as Regional Manager for Region 17 – Presto-X’s western region which consists of 11 Service Centers from South Dakota to New Mexico. Eric is an experienced management professional with a strong record of accomplishments.

In his new role, Eric will be responsible for achieving goals in customer satisfaction, colleague development, profitability and revenue growth, as well as creating strategies that will lead to the long-term growth of our Midwest market. He will serve on the NAPC Executive Team.

Mike Ugolini has been named Regional Manager for Presto-X Region 17 to replace Eric Rimiller. Mike joined Presto-X in 1991 as a Technical Service Representative in the St. Louis Service Center. In 1993 he was promoted to Technical Sales Representative. He was promoted to Service Center Manager of the Springfield Service Center in 1995 where he was named Manager of the Year in 1996, 1997 and 2005. Mike has a wealth of background knowledge in the pest control industry, from both the technical and sales sides of the business. Mike also brings with him a long track record of developing leaders who have filled key leadership roles.

Jason Kibler has been promoted to the position of Director of Residential and Commercial Business Development. Jason started with Ehrlich Pest Control  in 1993 as a Technician. He quickly moved into sales, first as a Territorial Sales Representative, then as a Commercial Sales Representative. In 2006, Jason accepted the position of Regional Sales Manager for Region 4, which covers Southeastern Pennsylvania and part of Delaware.

In his new position, Jason will be responsible for the hiring, training and development of the Inside Sales Representatives and Market Development Sales Representatives in assigned markets. He will direct his sales team to achieve the growth goals in line with the Company’s profit, quality and values.

Laura Tellez has accepted a promotion to Presto-X Regional Sales Manager in the Greater Chicago market. Laura brought a great deal of experience in sales and management when she joined the company in 2007 as a Sales Representative. She has been eager to learn more about the industry, allowing her to work more closely with her customers and their needs. This encouraged her to complete the Purdue Pest Control Course, Purdue Food Plant Management as well as the AIB Food Processing Sanitation and Hygiene course. In her new position, Laura will utilize her management and industry knowledge to help grow the company’s Presto-X service centers.
