Infesting our homes, contaminating food, building ugly mounds in our front yards, ant colonies are highly complex and can quickly spread throughout a property.
House flies can transmit a wide range of disease-causing microbes, including those responsible for food poisoning, dysentery, tuberculosis, cholera and parasitic worm infections.
Having stinging insects like wasps and hornets nearby can be very dangerous for people who are particularly sensitive to stings. You can reduce these risks by taking sensible precautions when outdoors and ensuring that wasp nests or bee hives are properly managed.
This particular pest can multiply quickly so putting treatment off until after the holiday weekend would have led to major problems with stored food infestation. Two of our technicians and one of our managers arrived on-site around 6 PM that evening to seek out the source of the infestation and treat to rid the facility of this pest.
A couple of hours later we had found and removed the infested containers, treated the facility, and eliminated the possibility of this issue becoming a significant problem. In addition to this Friday evening work, one of our technicians took it upon himself to go back Saturday morning to inspect and make sure we had found everything.
